I don't like to follow politics too much. I would like to think I understand the game, but don't find it a particularly efficient use of my time. That being said, I also know it can have ramifications for my investments.

I think HYSR will have a good chance at going about its business no matter whichever side wins. Universities are important to both sides, for one it seems it more about the equality and better job angle. For the other its an elitest thing... excellence, achievements, best of the best research, technological supremacy, etc.
So, that should be fine. Plus why not use tax payer money to help pay for early stage research that could be used to generate capital later? Plus it could make us "Great" at something else.

HYSR is striving to make the process very efficient and the efficiencies will make it profitable thus a business that can be exploited. Green and Profitable. Win win.

In short I'm not worried.
