Well, if they want to get back on the Pinks, they'd have to find a sponsoring MM to file a 211 with FINRA. But since they were suspended for suspected fraud, no MM is likely to show an interest in doing that.

They haven't even made disclosure at OTCMarkets for nearly a year, so my guess is that they'll never be heard from again.
