I am not sure what they are or are not able to talk about. But typical funiculars and share structure is not able to be talked about since bankruptcy is protection from fungicidal meltdown and restructuring of debt.

The agreements or actions they are doing and taking about are most likely required to get out of bankruptcy. But no one knows the share structure or how the debt will be structured until after they come out of bankruptcy

Not totally sure how the whole process works.
