It's called bankruptcy. They are not allowed to do that...

These are the comments that people attack you on. You had a lot of speculation and throwing random points around. Just because the commonly is in bankruptcy doesn't mean you were correct in those points.

I do appreciate though, the word on the street as you are at ground zero. And we know you don't want the plant to come to your town. We understand this but misinformation and opinions will be flagged and called out.
