It's too late for that now. Perhaps they can make some kind of deal with Garwor, who is the JV partner for SJAP and HSA. They should be working on something. Then we'll have to wait and see how much money they need for PF4.

I don't think it's about the delay of the spin-off why the stock is down. I think it's about financing and a lack of clarity. But this story can easily turn around in the next few months. Perhaps the worst case scenario is another convertible bond. Which caused a 300% rally last time. I don't know.
