Why? Because the CEO just bought $2000 worth to make people eww and ah? This is a desperate act to conjure up liquidity, period. CEOs should be focused on how to make money , or FILE SEC FORMS THAT VERIFY $ , as opposed to sitting around watching the stock price, or lack there of, and chime in w a buy or two to keep the price from going to .0001 for an extra couple weeks.
