Did Neil launch the Federal action to open up yet another legal front, hoping to reduce GOSY's effectiveness in other areas? If this issue was already in litigation isn't this action moot?


Mrs. Wallace filed this action because she meets the criteria and spencer's refusal violated GA law. There is no other action where this relief is being sought. The action is DE has nothing to do with lifting the legend and in fact the DE court does not have jurisdiction to do so. That's why the case was filed in GA.
