ELRA....They say they comply to US laws that don't allow US players. I play in several online casino around the world and my wins go to my bank here. When I contacted .gov about online off shore gambling, the said it is up to each state and no federal laws exist against it. My state has no law against it on the books, some do. I would think ELRA would know this, since their competition is raking in millions from we US players. IMO
