Wow... WHAT A SHADY BACKDOOR DEAL. I really thought that deal was for the whoopi line. Derek and co just royally screwed NRTI shareholders and left them with nothing after pumping the hell out of their partnership in 2014. Wow wow wow. I'm speechless.

TRTC has done some shady things, but this might be the shadiest in all 4 years of following his stock.
