OTC Markets has multiple ratings for companies from non reporting P"Pink Sheets" to Fully Reporting QV and QX, and charges from $5,000 a year for an OTC Pink rating to $ 10,000 per year fee for a company to be listed as QB , if you are so concerned I suggest you call the company that the stock is listed on, which is OTC Markets. FINRA is not OTC Markets and can call it whatever it wants. A company under $5.00 a share is considered Pink to them....
