SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - May 03, 2016) - SpectraScience, Inc. (OTCQB: SCIE), a medical device company utilizing light technologies to detect and diagnose cancers, announced today that they have concluded a licensing agreement with Duke University. The technology covered is around systems and methods for the use of Angle-Resolved Low Coherence Interferometry in the diagnosis of certain cancers.
