Patent owners should seek bans immediately and escrow accounts!


The patent owners should immediately go to court seeking a ban

or worse case the infringing party must make a court established

reasonable rate that the infringer must escrow in a interest

bearing account that they can not touch one cent till a final

resolution or a settlement is agreed to. It is totally unfair

for a infringer to prosper and use the revenue that they are

to pay the patent owner to defend not paying. Carry every case

all the way to the supreme court if necessary. Patent owners need

to make it impossible for infringers to use the revenues they

receive using a potential infringed product and keep and use all

monies as they see fit. A ban may not be granted but the

possibility of having to place money in a escrow account may

be allowed. The patent owner has nothing to lose as how can they

be in worse shape than allowing these infringers to profit and

use the profits to fight you?
