Yes you need to explain all i here is wineing and cry over that has not happen yet. not having funding yet does not make it a lie and more then holding one share does. No one buys 1 share of a stock at even $1.00 to claim they have a steak in the game

People lie to get something, TCEL gets nothing from lying about the funding here.
