I don't believe they need to post an 8k when the 10K just came out. Can you explain why the SEC hasn't added an E to the end of TALK for not submitting their 10Q and being over 30 days late? The SEC are very strict about that and always add an E. Can explain that? FAREE is a good example. Very interesting isn't it? It would mean that talk must be communication with FINRA and the SEC does it not? Please explain. TiA
