I still expect a final S-1 and an Effect later this week. In there, will be a record date for distribution of the new shares in a few weeks. They still have to inform the 7,000 shareholders of record of this prospectus IMO. And file something for FABU.

That will be interesting by itself. Then, it should be trading on OTC as a separate entity, perhaps 6 weeks from now.

You have to get everything right to make a buck on OTC. Even then, it could drop to a P/E of 0.5. LOL.
