But Hop-On sued the entity. For some reason, Hop-On lost a default judgment for a lawsuit they themselves filed.
Pretty much the only way you can lose like that is to not show up for the trial......that Hop-On filed. Most know the CEO is not the brightest bulb on the tree....he just keeps demonstrating just how inept he actually is.

Hop-On is now in a similar predicament. They recently forfeited their California business license (for the second time), so they can no longer enter into a contract, or file a lawsuit or defend one in California (where their headquarters is located).

Here's to hoping that Cali or the IRS look into all those shopify items supposedly sold (and Petey tweeted about selling), yet there mysteriously was NOTHING sold per Hop-On financials.
