Two predictions.
Management will claim they have voting control
Management will award themselves hundreds of millions of shares for all the "loans" since the last shareholder's meeting.
That's the only reason for this meeting scheduled Oct. 1.
Bonus prediction: Shareholders won't be "rewarded" with another useless stock dividend....
