The bonehead move was issuing millions of dollars in stock to several people instead of using it to grow the business. What did he expect?... PP probably has plans to dump some as well and isnt happy about others getting a head start.

PP knew the heavy dumping was coming imo, hence the $400,000 promotion to counter it... If he is waiting for the dumping to be over before issuing news, you might never get news. Read the filings, there is a ton of stock becoming free trading and a lot more is going to be issued in the near future, including S8 shares... The OS is quickly approaching 300 million and there is still no viable business.

Its also possible that the Quilliams shares are being released... If they could cancel them they would have done so by now. Its been a year. They cant have the TA hold them forever without a valid reason and since they aren't going to take PQ to court, the TA will eventually be obligated to release them. The Transfer Agent works for ALL shareholders, the Quilliams have rights as well. Putting a hold on an issuance is not permanent.
