I think they are extremely cost conscience and somewhat ignorant. I emailed them about the second rate wire service and explained they needed to use an accredited service. It was like they heard it for the first time, maybe naive is better than ignorant. Anyway they thanked me profusely. Will see on the next one if it was just lip service or they take it to heart.
