Funny almost as it sad for hopeful TDEY investors as it appears that the lying SOS Kenneth D. Linduff wants to try & avoid the real issue as it affects shareholders & that issue is that neither Kenneth D. Linduff nor any of his BS companies has or ever has had the required TPA to effectuate any of the publicly released contracts or to act in any manner of as a third party administrator. He did fraudulently represent to the insurance carries that he did have ALL the necessary required licenses to act on their behalf as one.
