Fluff is not hard to pin down at all. Anything that teco claims as fact is fluff as well as any statements that filings are done, shorts, innocent shareholders, teco working with sec, teco coming back to pinks, hedge fund manipulation and teco being legit.
That sums up the fluff pretty well.
