I doubt they are being passive about it...just not public about their involvement/requirements on mgmt. I'm sure they all clearly see exactly what we see...that this is an all-or-nothing venture for them at this point.

I'd figure they would fight to the bitter end to not lose it all, but can't see where continuing to pour money into this is of further benefit...unless they are utterly convinced of a positive outcome?
