POTN - So...........How about them UNAUDITED Financial Statements!!!????? lol
Dudes, what happened to the AUDITED statements and the uplist to the OTCBB???????????????????????????????????
They reference the statements as a "10-K". 10-K's are only filed with the SEC. This is just a posting on the OTC site. And, I believe "10-K's" need to be audited.

A 10-K is a comprehensive summary report of a company's performance that must be submitted annually to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Typically, the 10-K contains much more detail than the annual report.
