10K WILL file. I was wrong about time frame but not that it will file. CEO Is for the long haul. It isn't pretty right now, shoot, it's been ugly for some time. Sunergy shareholders have a commodity that few penny stocks have, an honest, trustworthy CEO who every month puts more of his hard working money into keeping us afloat.
