For sake of argument lets say MMMW makes solar installation hardware. The infamous tracking system and per a supposed PR, stationary mounting systems as well.

SolarCity makes it's mounting hardware in-house. They manufacture solar mounting hardware. This on some level makes them competitors.

It appears to me that Ricker is offering free advertisements on MMMW's Facebook page for a potential competitor. This is clearly NOT acting in the best interest of MMMW or its shareholders.

I could see promoting a company that was going to use MMMW hardware but this is not the case. This is like Apple promoting Android on its Facebook page. It appears that Ricker is blatantly sabotaging what little is left of this company and shareholder value.

This seems like enough evidence to me for a shareholder lawsuit against Ricker.
