The 10k will show for period ending December. The sec form 8k stated that the buyback "commenced" early November. While these numbers won't represent the true number of shares bought back it will prove beyond any doubt that a buyback has been taking place. This will create huge buying pressure up until the 10q in anticipation for more substantial buyback numbers. And yes they have filed on time before. It has happened.
