Ackman about a year ago? compared Valeant to Berkshire Hathaway and said it was a younger version.

I guess Buffett and Munger didn't feel the same:

"In my view, the business model of Valeant was enormously flawed," said Buffett.

"Valeant, of course, was a sewer," said Munger.

I'm sure that will bode well for Monday's open LOL
