Low bids IMO are what is killing any up would movement in the stock. Why would any one purchase the shares at the current ask price of 0.021 when the bid is only 0.018 nobody wants to lose 39% of the money immediately. I have been invested in this company for 11 years and have no intention of selling any time soon. IMO see greed in low bids they only scare shareholders a small amount of shares to sell at any price causing the bid and ask to be even that far apart that any investor would think twice before buying.JMO
