i think one has to look forward 12 months or more and how accountants can structure something... also what level of investment.... partner of buyout.... also, how committed to statement...

say AZN has immediate demand for biologic's and they could cut cost on AZN side and adds rev to AVID, things could change quickly... and this goes for any BP.... my guess with all the combo's and early stage molecules in clinic, there will be huge demand for specialty biologic manuf....

all the reason for frustration on mgmt to communicate value of company by AVID alone.

for some reason they do not want to promote value of company... C.O.'s imo
