A lawsuit is a last resort for shareholders if there is compelling evidence that fraud was committed. We need to find out who the 1.2B shares were issued to for the "12k debt payoff" during the Spring of 2013, and who subsequently sold those shares and ran us into the ground. If the sellers were in any way related to Jim and Ken, we have a case and they could go to jail. Is there anyone on the board with any experience with class action lawsuits?

Just as I thought, mgmt failed us yet again. Another OTC deadline come and gone.

If anyone thinks these jokers ever plan on updating shareholders again - think twice.
