given none of the BOD has ANY biotech experience and SK has absolutely no business experience and the rest of the bod has only experience in bankrupting companies or running them into the ground, how could they know what to do?

they don't even know how wrong it is to pay themselves more than the top fortune 500 companies...

they had excellent breast cancer data that has been sitting for three plus years.... and the trial is still sitting due to lack of resources...

the value of the assets will not be realized until the clowns are removed from the car.
