My opinion as an innocent bystander is WOGI should just pay off the balance and BCAP and WOGI can do their own thing.

After each separate for good it will be up to both companies to produce their own results for their own shareholders.

WOGI already paid BCAP $330K in 2015 so it is not like WOGI is truly trying to get away with something. OBVIOUSLY!

IMO It would be pointless to put out a shareholder letter at the stroke of midnight on Saturday or is it Sunday? LOL

Shareholder Letter on Monday would be good. IMO
