Read question 1 in this letter, referencing the filed 13D accusation and 8-k settlement response. Look for these SEC filings by date on Ariad's website. Sarissa's 8-k is better than Ariad's, it's more descriptive. You can't make this kind of crap up. It's 100% true as stated in black and white in the Sarissa/Ariad SEC filings.
