BO has been advocated since Denner's inception in 2013. It's been almost 3 years now and he just hired a new CEO and a CFO and replaced some of VPs that were fired. This is not some plan to sell the company short term. It will take another 1/3 years from now before any BO happens. I think that time frame will be good for investors...jmo.
