According to the latest Broward county report dated April 26th,the order on the boot brothers motion for partial summary judgment was denied at the state level.

THAT IS ANOTHER VICTORY FOR SUPREME ENERGY AND IT'S SHAREHOLDERS

The judge would not throw out the case.It seems the lies that have been spewed by the boot brothers that there is no evidence is false...The judge declared the exact opposite.

More importantly according to the state judge. There are issues of material fact in dispute and the affirmative defenses preclude summary judgment.

The boot brothers now want additional documentation as to how much they were damaged.....
