This was, at first, a pretty depressing article, outlining the forces against true discovery of PM's.

Guess only a meltdown of the global economy could seriously disrupt their shenanigans and force the issue.

And haven't we be seeing the slow incremental, years long, trainwreck take form under the insane debt loads at all levels?

Like, as I've said before, when the last of the season's snow storms made the roof finally cave in.
