IMO and Paris and Denner have a pretty clear strategy in mind and some important things have already changed for the better. A strong BoD would be an improvement, but the legacy directors have no say in how the business is run.

HB's termination package is infuriating, but it was probably a concession Denner had to make to achieve his overall goal, to straighten out and sell the company. He'll get it done, BoD or no BoD.
