Is disagree, I don't think Apple wants to buy it, but if they did (let's say the Defense Department asks them to)why would they not intercede before the shareholder vote on the Li deal? Maybe they want to await a controlling interest event in order to exercise right of first refusal, at which point they would only have Li to bid against
rather than being faced with open market accumulation and consequent price escalation. Don't you just love being left in the dark by the insiders, as they negotiate their own deals?
