ANHL only ever filed audited accountant with a value of just under $9,000,000

The agreement of March 2007 was NOT for the acquistion of ANHL but for just one of the subsidiaries and for a lot less. My Co Directors were taught how to defraud me of my shares by a certain party and I lost control over Christmas of that year.

I resigned as a Director in early Febuary 2008 as I did not want to be involved in all the fraud against ANHL shareholders that was being planned by those in control and went on later in 2008

I had an agreement with them to return all the cash I had put in the company but always Taylor managed to avoid payment; He had good co conspirators

Taylor eventually was jailed in Guernsey on an unrelated matter
