I don't get your point on the wrist

Why won't you respond to the wrist holding the kush cake box?

I was the first to point out that part of a hand was visible and supporting the front of the box:

The green surface is carpet on which the BIG Show banner is resting, and that's part of a hand supporting the front of the box and tilting it upwards to provide a better view for the camera.

I also suggested that it could be Photoshopped, but I considered that less likely, which is why I mentioned it in passing.

Whether it is a wrist or two hands is irrelevant.

The point here is that the photo doesn't show a booth or a Kush Cakes display, just box of Kush Cakes photographed in front of a Big Industry Show banner, the bottom of which appears to be draping on the floor.
