Noticing the degree of her kick to the man's manhood I'm wondering if that man lost his capacity to function as a man, and if so, then based on the stupidity in my opinion of a lack of common sense this man qualifies to use the Ladies Room.

Perhaps "down the road" a third designated bathroom will by-law be required for stores, something called "Sex, not determined by physiology but by a desire to be a certain sex type that can flip flop back and forth between male and female irrespective of actual physiology determination at birth."

To me any "born male" that decides to think as a female and wants to use the Ladies Room must have their ding-dong removed.
