I had two conversation with the WyomingSOS today myself. I was told obviously a bit more as I was told what was used to reinstate Vakser as President/CEO & what Linduff used as "his so called authority" to file the amendmended annual report. Funny thing really, why the investing public waits to witness this pi$ ...$ing match between two little men, only one thing should really matter the fact that Kenneth D. Linduff nor any of his multitude of companies does NOT nor ever has had a TPA license...third party administrator ....it is required to perform his so called business plan/enrollment system touted by Linduff & sold to the investing public as the great revenue generator. Lack of License can be Verified in complete context & by all, here/below.

any of the investing public ever wonder why the links used to announce those great insurance "vertical" contracts have been removed (the links that is wherever possible). They were entered into under FRAUDulent acts/means by Kenneth D. Linduff as Kenneth D. Linduff represented to the carriers that he had all the necessary licenses needed to administer/perform the duties/role of a TPA. Again, Kenneth D. Linduff nor any of his companies has ever had a TPA license to even effectuate the publicly released contracts....which helped to defraud investors out of over $5M+. I/we have begun our legal maneuvering against both Linduff & those who are listed in said PR's & Contracts. WE will give all the investing public a hint by not publicly releasing a PR refuting said previous public press releases, some actually written by said signee & some released by Linduff(the ramp fications of that act will be a whole ' nother legal matter) by said insurance carriers/companies they have aided & abetted in the perpetuation of fraud. We do know where the real money to be made here truly resides. We have set our maneuvers in motion as to date our case & to legally thwart any attempts by those same insurance companies.
