As you probably realized the last court date that I thought they would come to a settlement was really the kickoff of a process to get the parties together so they can settle before trial. That is why three dates for exchange of info.

Another important note that nobody had posted is that when Playboy put the mansion up For a Sale, several potential buyers want to know if Playboy was a For Sale. So you can probably guess this law suit is part of the negotiations of the sale of Playboy. And you could not put enough in escrow to cover what potentially would be the damages.
