Even without an immediate reduction, at the very least all Job Postings should have been Removed but the Monkeys go about their business as if nothing has happened.

It is a good thing you are not running this business. All the hiring is primarily for Avid which is what is keeping and will keep this thing afloat until someone comes along and puts a ring on the finger.
The impatience here is quite noteworthy. They are not debugging a software glitch here. Things take time - especially things that involve multiple parties (for defining / refining strategy), FDA interactions (for updating / revising protocols), etc., etc., perhaps more time then some here have.
