Well we just found out what TMMI is selling private placement shares at.....it's $.02 to select individuals (AKA the insiders):

"Shares issued in April 2016 at $0.02 per
share to certain individuals and companies
for funds contributions and services
rendered - See Notes 4 & 7 17,338,750" shares equals $346,755 on the newest and bestest private placement. This will keep TMMI from insolvency for a short time. They reported only $25,000 in cash at the end of last year. With the money due lawyers/consultants/directors, this might last a few more weeks. The next PP might be at one cent.

Not to worry though, that BIG CONTRACT is just around the corner!
