Red Flag #1
MCIG does not specify any amounts for the deposits. That's a fact. Why wouldn't they want people to know, the deposits would be considered as revenue. So, yeah, my guess is that they did not declare revenues because they made concessions to the clients. MCIG would get to keep those deposits if construction client's cancelled their contracts due to contingencies. Bad news is if MCIG gave away concessions re: a deposit by making it $0 or near zero, that's all they would get from that contract. Not good, right?
Remember when we talked about CAFS giving away concessions to its early franchisees? You denied that too. Guess what? I was right, you were wrong.
Red Flag#2
There are probably contingencies built into the construction contracts; that obviously MCIG wouldn't want you to know about. I can't imagine that the construction clients wouldn't want there to be contingencies on the construction contract that stated that if the client were unable to pre-sell cultivation leases that the contract could be cancelled w/o penalty (apart from the agreed deposit). That's the way most construction contracts work. Don't believe for a minute when someone babbles about "mechanics liens".
Red Flag#3
You all know that in order for Rollies to be sold - it HAS to be done thru an MJ Dispensaries. Everyone knows that all MCIG has right now are pictures of rollies. A company would NOT manufacture a ton of inventory that is going to sit in a warehouse getting stale while MCIG "intends to look for MJ Dispensaries".
FACT. MCIG has 0 brick and mortar retail accounts.
FACT. MCIG has 0 MJ Dispensary retail accounts.
FACT. MCIG allegedly had 95 boots on the ground and could not sell a single Cannapod, a single regular retail account, could only manage to sell 2 US Wholesale distributor accounts; which is down to 0 after the dropped JCP wholesale and cut the throat of Sam's Vapes. They have sold 0 Snoody extractors. They have sold 0 Emotek extractors.
Les wants you to believe that a ton of Emotek extractors will be sold as part of the construction projects. BullShyte. If I were a new cultivator, I would be using supercritical CO2 extraction equipment, not Emotek extractors; which I believe are closed loop systems.
FACT. MCIG is down to an alleged "5" salesman at a faux call center that doesn't answer phone calls. That's a fact folks.
How in the world is MCIG going to create the 1000's of brick and mortar MJ Dispensary retail accounts with their history of FAILURE.
