IMO you should do some real dd, you will never find even a hint of business acumen in the entire life of matt dwyer.
With the exception of some scattered shell games over the years/decades he has never opened any business.
Whatever possessed exad to give fatty matty 61 million shares for only $40,000 is anyone's guess and most likely criminal...why would they "gift" 61,000,000 shares at a price just under .0007 when the stock is trading at .0025?
