It was stated by Jerry that the audited financials would come out "soon", and they did.

It was then stated by Jerry that the form 10 would be filed "soon", and it was.

Next is the uplisting to OTCQB which I believe will happen by end of quarter.

The quarterly report for 2nd quarter, which is due middle of August, should be great according to the April 18th PR.
