The article Sox posted misquoted the article they cited for Ovarian market size. They link to the following:

Which states:

"The global oncology drugs market is expected to reach at $111.9 billion by 2020."



Ovarian is a tiny chunk of that, hence the Orphan Drug Designation. That being said, that's a big pie overall and Kevetrin will hopefully be a big player.
