how does Gerald expect to "build shareholder value" and "increase shareprice appreciation" when they announce that their planning on doing another RS - and will increase the AS count from 150-Mil. to 500-Mil. shares?

why would anybody in their right mind buy this stock

managements fatal financial decisions and repeated missed milestones boggles the mind

it's like whatever they're choosing to do - they should do the complete opposite

you simply can't make this stuff up...
